Principal
Passionate about advancing a more connected and innovative built world, Jacob harnesses his extensive expertise in BIM and organizational leadership to provide comprehensive consulting, coordination, and modeling services. With a proven track record of successfully integrating program management processes and BIM strategies, he has contributed to a wide array of projects for esteemed contractors, driving operational efficiency and enhancing project outcomes.
Jacob is not only a technical expert but also a dedicated leadership development professional, deeply committed to empowering individuals and fostering team success. He believes that people are the cornerstone of building a better world and remains focused on continuous personal and professional growth. His academic achievements, including an MBA and an M.S. in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, reflect his unwavering pursuit of knowledge and his commitment to enabling the growth of individuals and organizations alike.

Colten Browning
Principal
A mechanical engineer by training, Colten brings extensive experience across a wide range of industries within the AEC space, including semiconductor manufacturing, clean room facilities, wastewater treatment plants, airports, hotels, hospitals, and data centers. His multidisciplinary background positions him as a dynamic leader, capable of tackling complex challenges with innovative solutions and a forward-thinking approach.
As a seasoned professional in BIM/VDC leadership, Colten excels in clean room tool design, Scan-to-BIM utilization, and advanced engineering practices. His specialized skills also include pipe stress analysis, seismic design, and skid/pipe restraint design, all supported by a solid technical foundation and exceptional problem-solving abilities. Colten’s proficiency in drafting and detailing ensures flawless project execution, consistently maintaining the highest standards of precision.
Outside of his professional life, Colten enjoys spending time outdoors - whether working in the garden or exploring the mountains with his family. His passion for nature and quality time with loved ones reflects his well-rounded approach to both life and work.
